Hilary Duff: "Elixir" Promotion Galore
Singer/actress and now author Hilary Duff attended Los Angeles Times Festival of Books event at USC this past weekend to promote her book "Elixir."
Looking gorgeous, the former 'Lizzie McGuire' actress donned a striped shirt with jeans and a turquoise necklace.
